With our changing lifestyles,gaining excess fats has become a problem. Personally i have been working out for almost two years now and the result is amazing. Here are simple steps on how to lose weight within a month. Here are five easy ways to lose weight either at home or at the gym.
1.Change your diet.
This is the hardest thing to do yet it is the most effective way of losing weight. Avoiding eating lots of junk foods like fries, bhajias, crisps etc. Also avoid eating fried stuff. Instead eat lots of vegies and also eat in small quantities.
2.Drink plenty of water.
It is recommending that one should drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Water is good fir your digestive system and also for your skin. There is no debate about this, you need to increase your water intake.
3.Work out at home
The best home work out is going for jogs or just simply walking. Start by walking or running for a kilometre on the first week and then may be increase to two kilometres in the second week. Also do sit ups if you are interested in losing belly fats. You will be amazed at the results.
4. Aerobics
The most effective way to lose weight has to be aerobics exercise. This is important as it helps you lose fat in all parts of your body. Go for aerobics classes for at least four days a week.
5.Lift weights
If you thought weight lifting was for only those who wanted to gain muscles then you are wrong. If you want to gain weight lift heavy weights, however if you want to lose weight you lift light weights but more repetitions. Do the same stuff that others do but with a light weight- it is the repetitions that will count. I recommend a minimum of 20 repetitions. Do dead lifts, arm curl, bench press, dumb bells etc but with a light weight.
